To receive support for MindTouch Deki you must be using the MindTouch Deki Enterprise Edition. MindTouch Deki Enterprise is the only advisable version for deploying MindTouch Deki in a production environment. MindTouch Deki Enterprise or Community, which is right for you?

MindTouch Deki Enterprise customers should contact MindTouch support directly. If you are using MindTouch Deki and you are not a MindTouch Deki Enterprise customer you can get support from the user community at the MindTouch Developer Center and Forums. You may also find the MindTouch Deki User Manual and MindTouch Deki installation guides helpful. While MindTouch does take an active role at the MindTouch Developer Center and in the Forums not all of the content at these sites is always 100% accurate because it is largely community contributed. The only way to ensure accurate up to date information and quality support is to purchase MindTouch Deki Enterprise Edition.
